Great rental experience! Owner let us try our bikes out and really made an effort to get us the right bikes during a busy week. He even gave us his cell phone number if we needed it. We will be renting from Kent the next time we are on the island. Super easy and the basket, locks, and bikes were exactly what we needed.
I always get my bicycles from Sharkys. It's the closest rental to Coligny Plaza, and the prices always competitive. Customer service is outstanding! I got a flat tire way down the beach by Palmetto Dunes, and I called them- and they came with another bike and switched it out! OUTSTANDING ! He was there in less than a half hour too- very pleased
Rented in off season. He gave us tips on how to get to an area that doesn't seem to be readily accessible and we had a great time.
